As your next City Commissioner, I vow to streamline city services, such as permits and licensing, to be more resident and business friendly. Government should be transparent and through increased technology, I will assure residents access to City Hall. Additional training to increase efficient and effective government procedures is necessary while also guaranteeing all city and public interaction is professional, positive and timely.
SAFE & CLEAN NEIGHBORHOODS
Public safety is of utmost concern to me. I am committed to ensuring the safety of all Dania Beach residents and visitors. I will focus on working proactively with law enforcement personnel to ensure each and every neighborhood is secure. In addition, keeping our neighborhoods clean through green beautification and oasis-like projects will continue to attract new families and businesses to our City. Safe and clean neighborhoods will increase home values, tourism and business development.
TAXES DOWN & SERVICES UP
I am committed to being fiscally responsible to you, the residents and business owners of Dania Beach. With the expansion of both the Seaport and Airport, our economic development will increase revenue brought into the City. Dania Beach needs to work hard to curb expenses and increase revenue through smart growth. We need to streamline our processes so that our residents can invest in improvements in their home and businesses while adding to our tax base. This must be accomplished while also maintaining our hometown feel that we all cherish.
